Everyone that I've shared this recipe with loves how simple it is. Most can't believe it doesn't have flour ! So easy for kids to make on their own.

1 cup peanut butter, creamy
1 cup sugar
1 - egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make easy peanut butter cookies

Step 1

Mix all together well. Drop by teaspoon, flatten with fork.

Step 2

Bake at 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
