These are very good and I need to credit this recipes to a woman name Mrs.Clyde Young in Birmingham, Ala. who's Prize winning recipe was posted in a clipping back in Oct. of 1967.

Ingredients

  • COMBINE & MIX WELL :

  • 1/2 c
    soft margarine
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • STIR IN :

  • 1 c
    finely chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    cake flour ; sifted
  • 1/4 tsp
    grated orange peel

How to Make Easy Orange Nut Fingers

Step-by-Step

  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
  2. Shape into oblong fingers , about 2½ inches long.
  3. Place on greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake @ 375° for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Cool about 5 minutes and roll in confectioners sugar.
