easy no chill sugar cookies
These cookies are amazing. Sugar cookies take so long to make when you have to chill them for an hour, then roll them, then cut them. These are ready to bake as soon as the mixing is done. They are delish and will disappear in a flash

Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup white sugar for rolling the cookie balls
How To Make easy no chill sugar cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Get your pans ready, lightly spray with cooking spray or use parchment paper

Step 2Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl and set aside

Step 3Cream butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy

Step 4Add the egg and mix till combined

Step 5Add the vanilla and mix till combined

Step 6Add dry ingredients slowly until combined. It will be thick and shouldn't be sticky. You may need to use a rubber spatula to bring it all together

Step 7I use a tablespoon and make a ball with the dough. roll it in the extra sugar and place on the cookie sheet

Step 8Bake for 9-11 minutes. They will be puffy, take them out just before they start to brown
