I found this recipe in a new holiday cookbook I just got. Sounds easy and good!!

    nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 c
    nestle toll house premier white morsels
  • 4 c
    toasted wheat ceral sqaures
  • 3/4 c
    dried cranberries
  • 3/4 c
    sliced toasted almonds

How to Make Easy No-Bake Crunchy Cranberry Almond Bars


  1. Line 13x9 baking dish with foil leaving an overhang on two sides. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Heat marshmallows, butter and salt in a large saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, for 5-10 , until smooth. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup morsels, stir until melted.
  3. Working quickly, stir in cereal, cranberries, almonds and remaining 1 cup morsels. Spread mixture into prepared pan with a greased spatula, Pressing down lightly.Cool for 2 hours or until set. Lift from pan, peel off foil. Cut into bars.
