Easy No Bake Cherry Chisps Balls

  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 1/3 c
    crisp rice cereal
  • 1/2 c
    maraschino cherries , drained, dried and chopped
  • 1/3 c
    mini semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans
  • 2 c
    flaked coconut (for rolling)

How to Make Easy No Bake Cherry Chisps Balls


  1. Beat butter, powdered sugar and peanut butter in large bowl.
  2. Stir in cereal,cherries, chocolate chips and pecans. Mix well
  3. Shape dough into one inch balls and roll in coconut.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for one hour.
  5. Remove from refrigerater and serve on your favorite platter
  6. Place remaining balls on a flat plate and cover with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator.
