Easy No Bake Cherry Chisps Balls

These are one of many simple small bite deserts I make during the holiday or for parties.

1/4 c
butter, softened
1 c
powdered sugar
1 c
peanut butter
1 1/3 c
crisp rice cereal
1/2 c
maraschino cherries , drained, dried and chopped
1/3 c
mini semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c
chopped pecans
2 c
flaked coconut (for rolling)


1Beat butter, powdered sugar and peanut butter in large bowl.
2Stir in cereal,cherries, chocolate chips and pecans. Mix well
3Shape dough into one inch balls and roll in coconut.
4Place on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for one hour.
5Remove from refrigerater and serve on your favorite platter
6Place remaining balls on a flat plate and cover with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator.
