  Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In lg. bowl combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and extract until blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls into a bowl with the 1/3 c. of confectioners sugar. Roll them around until lightly coated, and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6-9 minutes when the bottoms will be browned and insides chewy.
