After seeing several similar recipes online, I decided to experiment with my two favorite ingredients - chocolate and cherries!

- butter cake mix
1/2 cup oil
2 - eggs
1 cup dark chocolate morsels
3/4 cup chopped dried cherries

How To Make easy dark chocolate and dried cherry cookies

Step 1

Combine cake mix, oil and eggs Stir in chocolate and cherries

Step 2

Drop by spoon or scoop onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet
Step 3

Bake at 375 degrees for 9-12 minutes
