easy coconut macaroons
My husband loves coconut macaroons. I had somecoconut in my pantry but no recipe. I searched and found two that did not require sweetened condensed milk so I combined the two and came up with this one. They were a hit with my huaband

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 - egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make easy coconut macaroons

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In medium bowl combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt mixing to combine well. Stir in egg whites and vanilla, mixing to combine all ingredients.

Step 2Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes then remove to wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
