How to Make Easy Coconut Macaroons
- 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In medium bowl combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt mixing to combine well. Stir in egg whites and vanilla, mixing to combine all ingredients.
- 2Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes then remove to wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
