This is my daughters recipe for easy to make cookies.

Ingredients

1 package devil's food cake mix
1/4 cup water
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup melted butter
1 - 5 oz pkg dried cherries, chopped
2 cups white chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped pistachios

How To Make easy chocolate-cherry cookies

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Lay parchment paper on cookie sheets. In lg bowl, beat first 4 ingredients at medium speed w/ a mixer until smooth.

Step 2

Fold in cherries, white chocolate chips and pistachios.
Step 3

Drop by heaping tsp, 2" apart on baking sheets. Bake about 14 mins, or until just set.
