My cousin made these last Easter and they were delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 large
    egg white
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 3 1/2 c
    sweetened coconut
  • 1 c
    nurella
  • 1 pkg
    egg shaped candies e.g. peanut m&ms or jelly beans

How to Make Easter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the milk, vanilla, egg white and salt in a large bowl. Stir to combine well.
  4. Add the coconut and mix well.
  5. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the dough ontl the baking sheet.
  6. Form into a nest shape, pressing the center down with your thumb.
  7. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and press the center sown again, I used a melon baller so I didn't nurn myself.
  9. Let cookies stand on the baking sheet for 5 minutes or until firm.
  10. Remove to a cooling rack and cool completely.
  11. Place a tablespoon of Nutella in the center of each nest.
  12. Decorate with the egg candies.
