easter cookies
My cousin made these last Easter and they were delicious.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large egg white
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 cups sweetened coconut
- 1 cup nurella
- 1 package egg shaped candies e.g. peanut m&ms or jelly beans
How To Make easter cookies

Step 1Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3Place the milk, vanilla, egg white and salt in a large bowl. Stir to combine well.

Step 4Add the coconut and mix well.

Step 5Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the dough ontl the baking sheet.

Step 6Form into a nest shape, pressing the center down with your thumb.

Step 7Bake for 17 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Step 8Remove from the oven and press the center sown again, I used a melon baller so I didn't nurn myself.

Step 9Let cookies stand on the baking sheet for 5 minutes or until firm.

Step 10Remove to a cooling rack and cool completely.

Step 11Place a tablespoon of Nutella in the center of each nest.

Step 12Decorate with the egg candies.
