Step 1combine one egg, one cup peanut butter and one cup sugar. Blend until smooth. Drop by rolled balls onto cookie sheet. Make a criss cross pattern on cookies with a fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees about 8-10 minutes, depending on how crisp you like your cookies. You will love these!
