My mom gave me this recipe. The cookies turn out soft and delicious every time! The basic recipe makes about 1 dozen, depending on size, but it is easily doubled, tripled or more if you need!

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 - egg

How To Make easiest peanut butter cookies ever!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Step 3

Roll dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet(I usually do heaping spoonfuls, but you can make them as big or small as you like).
Step 4

Optional - press center of each cookie with fork to make the traditional peanut butter cookie look.
Step 5

Bake for about 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
