How to Make Duck Hill Lemon Squares

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend margarine, one egg, and cake mix. Press into a well greased pyrex dish.
  2. Mix 2 eggs, cake icing, and cream cheese together. Pour over first mixture.
  3. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until crusty brown. Cool and cut into squares.
