Ingredients
- 1 cup sifted all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 - eggs
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- - zest of a lemon
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- - powdered sugar for dusting
How To Make dreamy lemon bars

Step 1for the lemon bar crust: In a bowl mix the crust ingredients until crumbly. And then press onto a 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Step 2In a large bowl beat eggs sling with juice, zest, flour, sugar and baking powder pour the lemon filling on top of crust. Return to oven for 20-25 minutes until set. Dust with powered sugar while it's out of the oven let cool. Cut into squares and enjoy
