Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 ounces pkg. jell-o cheesecake flavored instant pudding
- 3 ounces pkg.jell-o orange jell-o
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 cup white baking chips
How To Make dreamsicle cookie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350^. Sift together the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl . Set aside. In a large mixer bowl; beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add dry instant pudding, then dry jell-O, mixing well. Add eggs and orange extract, mixing until well blended. Slowly add flour mixture, mixing well. Using a standard ice cream scoop(2 oz.) , or rounded Tablespoonful;drop dough onto an un-greased cookie sheet. For 2 oz. cookies, bake at 350^ for 16-18 minutes. For rounded Tablespoon- size cookies, bake 12-14 minutes.Cool on sheet one minute, then transfer cookies to wire rack to cool.
