How To Make double chocolate malted chip cookies
-
Step 1In a small bowl mix together flour, soda and salt.
-
Step 2In a large mixing bowl beat butter until creamy. Add both sugars and vanilla and beat until smooth and fully blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing completely after each addition. Mix in malt drink mix and blend fully. Mix in flour a little at a time until all has been incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips.
-
Step 3drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 9 minutes. Remove from oven right away (the cookies are not done yet...) and sprinkle each cookie with about 1/2 teaspoon of malt mix. Leave on cookie sheet for an additional 5 minutes, then move to cool on wire rack.
