Check it out! They look just like the ones in the recipe.I didn't know that those white chips would put such a BIG flavor in a cookie,WOW. Day four of 25 days of cookies!

¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup sugar
¾ cup butter ,softened
1/4 cup shortening
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
1 egg
1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa
1 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup vanilla-milk chips

How To Make double chocolate cookies

Step 1

In large bowl beat brown sugar,sugar,butter and shortening until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg,beat well. Add flour,cocoa,baking soda and salt;mix well. Stir in vanilla chips.

Step 2

Drop dough by spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.Bake at 375* for 8-9 minutes.Cool one minute remove from cookie sheet.
