Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1-1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make double chocolate cookies

Step 1Combine dry ingredients; set aside. With an electric mixer, cream together sugar, butter and vanilla.

Step 2Beat in eggs well. Slowly beat dry mixture into wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips by hand.

Step 3Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
