Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 8 ounces dark chocolate chunks (2 bars (4oz) cut in chunks hersheys or ghirardelli are my favs)
- 8 ounces white chocolate (2 bars (4 oz) cut in chunks ghirardelli is the best one )
How To Make double chocolate chunk cookies

Step 1Preheatat oven 350F. Set two cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2In the mixer, cream sugars and butter until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Then add flour, baking soda and salt. Do not over beat. Then with a spatula or big spoon fold chocolate chunks into cookie dough.

Step 3Drop spoon fulls into the cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake 8 to 10 min.
