Ingredients

1 c
sugar
1 c
brown sugar
1 c
butter
2
eggs
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
3 1/4 c
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
baking soda
8 oz
dark chocolate chunks (2 bars (4oz) cut in chunks hersheys or ghirardelli are my favs)
8 oz
white chocolate (2 bars (4 oz) cut in chunks ghirardelli is the best one )

How to Make Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheatat oven 350F. Set two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • 2In the mixer, cream sugars and butter until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Then add flour, baking soda and salt. Do not over beat. Then with a spatula or big spoon fold chocolate chunks into cookie dough.
  • 3Drop spoon fulls into the cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Bake 8 to 10 min.
