Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butterscotch pieces
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
How To Make disappearing marshmallow brownies

Step 1Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch square baking pan.

Step 2Melt butterscotch pieces and butter in a heavy 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm.

Step 3Add flour, sugar, vanilla, and egg to butterscotch mixture in saucepan. Mix well.

Step 4Fold marshmallows, chocolate pieces, and pecans into butterscotch batter just until combined, about 5 strokes.

Step 5Spread in prepared pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350. DO NOT OVERBAKE! Center will be jiggly but becomes firm upon cooling.
