I LOVE CHOCOLATE AND THIS COOKIE HITS THE SPOT.

I HAVE USED SEVERAL DIFFERENT BRANDS OF CAKE MIX AND FOUND ALL OF THEM TO WORK FINE WITH THIS RECIPE. THIS IS QUICK AND EASY.

Ingredients

1 box
devil's food cake mix
1 stick
butter (melted)
1/4 c
water
1
egg
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 bag(s)
chocolate chunks

How to Make DEVIL'S FOOD CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter in a microwavable bowl. Add box of devil's food cake mix (any brand will do), 1/4 Cup water, 1 egg, 2 tsp vanilla extract.
  • 2Stir mixture until all mixed together. Add 1 bag of chocolate chunks. I have used mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels in place of chunks.
  • 3Spoon dough on greased cookie sheet and cook in oven 11 to 13 minutes. Bake 350 degrees
