delicious m&m and oreo cookie bars
Who doesn't have a sweet tooth every once in a while? Came across this recipe from a girlfriend of mine and decided to try it. I was impressed so I had to share it here.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 - large egg
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 18 - oreo cookies coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup m&m's
How To Make delicious m&m and oreo cookie bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray then set aside.

Step 2In a large microwave safe bowl melt the butter. Let it stand 1 minute then add the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.

Step 3Add flour and stir until combined. Stir in the Oreos. Smooth batter out into the prepared pan.

Step 4Evenly sprinkle m&m's over the top lightly pressing them down with your fingers.

Step 5Bake for 25 minutes. Let it cool about 20 minutes before you cut them and serve.
