This recipe was given to me by a friend and is by far the simplest cookie recipe I've ever baked. Make in all kinds of flavors, fill up gallon bags or tins during holidays and share!! My suspicion is you have a box of cake mix in the cabinet and wishing you had cookies instead!!

yield couple of dozen, just depends how big you like your cookies!

Ingredients

1 box your favorite cake mix
1/4 cup oil
2 - eggs

How To Make delicious cake mix cookies!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Mix ingredients with a spoon (not a whisk, batter will be very firm) and drop by teaspoons (or tablespoon) onto ungreased cookie sheet. ( Sheet seasoned over time works best)
Step 3

Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
Step 4

Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minute and then remove to wax paper on counter or cooling rack.
Step 5

You can ice with your favorite icing, but we prefer then without the icing..
