this recipe i got from watching foodnetwork. it was a great hit at the Marriott when I had to come up with chef's desserts every day.

Ingredients

  • 1
    bag of oreos
  • 1 c
    pancake mix
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    fresh cut strawberries
  • 2 c
    whipped cream, sweetened

How to Make deep fried oreo cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. step one in a medium bowl mix your pancake batter, with the cinnamon,nutmeg, and vanilla extract. set aside. next prepare your deepfryer set at 350 degrees.
  2. next cut your strawberries in quarters than next deep your oreos in batter and place in grease for about 5 minutes or until cookie begins to float.
  3. next place the cookie on paper towel to get rid of the extra grease, than place on a plate with the strawberries and add whip cream, you could also add powder sugar for a little special touch.
