How to Make Decadent Butter Pecan Bars

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 X 8 inch pan. In a medium sized bowl, cream together the softened butter and the white & lt. brown sugars. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour and pecans until just blended. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • 2Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes. Edges should start to pull away from sides of the pan. Allow the pan to cool before cutting the bars (or cut into squares).
