I got this recipe from a relative many years ago. It is a "fix in a hurry" treat. I have probably used every cake mix flavor over the years. This reciple works with anything. Get creative and see what combinations you like the best.

1 box cake mix ( any flavor will do )
2 - eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup favorite baking chips or nuts or both
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make debbie's quick and easy cake mix cookies

Step 1

Mix on low speed until all ingredients are well blended and drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lightly sprayed with Pam.

Step 2

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Let sit a few minutes on the cookie sheet then cool on a wire rack.
Step 3

* My very favorite cookie dough mix is made with French Vanilla Cake Mix with Walnuts and Heath Bar Toffee bits but any combination will work fine. I also love Yellow Cake Mix with Chocolate Chips and Pecans.Be experimental to find your own favorites.
