Ingredients

  • Debbie’s H box
    butter pecan cake mix
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    irish cream dry creamer
  • 1 pkg
    butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk

How to Make Debbie’s Heavenly Butterscotch Drops

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add cake mix, creamer and pudding mix. Mix on low at first, then beat on medium until well blended.
  4. Add vanilla and milk and beat.
  5. Form into 1 in. dough balls and bake on parchment or ungreased cookie sheet for 8 – 10 minutes or until very lightly golden in color.
