Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter...cold n cubed
  • 3/4 cup butter flavrd shortnn
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs...room temp
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon bakn powdr
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee ...powder form not liquid
  • 3/4 cup colored m n ms ( more easter candy :)
  • 1/2 cup each...chocolate n vanilla chunks...i had easter choc n vanilla bunnies needd to use ;)....u can use all chocolate chips...use 1 cup
  • 1 cup pretzel pieces...1/2"

  • Step 1
    COMBINE BUTTER, SHORTNN N SUGAR IN MIXER UNTIL FLUFFY NEXT ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME MIXN AFTER EACH...ADD IN COCOA POWDR N MIX UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
  • Step 2
    ADD IN THE FLOUR, BAKN POWDR, INSTANT COFFEE AND THE SALT TO THE MIXTURE ... ON LOW MIX UNTIL JUST COMBINED. FOLD IN M n Ms, CHOPPD PRETZELS N CHOCOLATE N VANILLA CHUNKS.
  • Step 3
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. IF U HAVE THOSE THIN PLASTIC GLOVES NOW IS A GOOD TIME TO USE THEM...TAKE ABOUT A WALNUT SIZE PIECE OF COOKIE DOUGH N ROLL INTO BALL N PLACE ON PARCHMENT LINED COOKIE SHEET THEN SLIGHTLY FLATTEN. BAKE FOR 15-17 MINUTES

    REMOVE TO COOLING RACK FOR 5-10 MINUTES...PLEASE PASS THE MILK N ENJOY :)
