butter, room temperature
1 c
light brown sugar
1/2 c
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
2 1/4 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
1 pkg
dark chocolate chips (i use herseys special dark)
1 c
heath brickle chips

How to Make Dark Chocolate Chip Toffee Cookies


  • 1In a large bowl cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined.
  • 2Sift flour, soda and salt together and add to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.
  • 3Stir in the chocolate and bricle chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  • 4Use a cookie scoop to measure out your cookies into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Let rest in pan for a minute before moving to your cooling area. (I leave on the parchment paper.) Makes 4-5 dozen.
