Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package dark chocolate chips (i use herseys special dark)
- 1 cup heath brickle chips
How To Make dark chocolate chip toffee cookies

Step 1In a large bowl cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined.

Step 2Sift flour, soda and salt together and add to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.

Step 3Stir in the chocolate and bricle chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Step 4Use a cookie scoop to measure out your cookies into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Let rest in pan for a minute before moving to your cooling area. (I leave on the parchment paper.) Makes 4-5 dozen.
