1 bag(s)16 oz. dark chocolate chips
1 cchopped, roasted almonds
1 can(s)14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
How to Make Danyella's easy Almond Joy cookies
- Heat oven to 325. Place parchment paper on a large cookie sheet.
- In large bowl, place all ingredients and using a large spoon, or clean hands, mix well.
- Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out some of the mix and place on parchment paper. Repeat until all mix is scooped out. Slightly flatten each scoop of mix, ( I lightly sprayed a spoon and used the back of it,) and bake between 12 & 14 minutes, depending on your oven. The cookies should be very light brown.
