How to Make Danish Kringle Cookies
- Combine flour, butter and baking powder.
- Add the cream and lemon extract and mix well.
- Divide dough in half. Roll out each into rectangle to about a 1/4 inch thickness on floured surface.
- Cut dough into strips. (try a fluted cutter). Form each strip in a fiqure 8 shape. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Lift onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
WATCH carefully, they burn easily.
