Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 c
    quaker oats
  • 1 c
    raisins

How to Make Dad's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven 350 degrees.
    Beat butter and sugars till creamy. Add eggs and vanilla-beat all again.
  2. Combine flour, soda, cinnamon. Add this to butter mixture and stir in oats and raisins.
    Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased sheet.
    Bake 10-12 minutes.
