I found this in a cookbook I got from the library. Had to post it before I have to take the book back. I changed the name,cause I think they taste like cupcakes.

Ingredients

1-18.25 oz box cake mix, any flavor i like cherry chip
1 - egg,beaten
8 oz - cool whip, thawed
2 cups powdered sugar

How To Make cupcake cookies

Step 1

Combine cake mix and eggs; blend in cool whip. Drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar;coat completely.

Step 2

Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 3

Cool on baking sheets.
