Ingredients
- 2 cups cake flour
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter with no added sugar & salt
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water, as needed
How To Make crunchy honey and peanut biscuits

Step 1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Sift your flour into a large deep dish.

Step 2Bring to boil the vegetable oil, in a separate small pot on the stove for a few seconds. Remove from the stove. Scoop in peanut butter and honey in the heated oil and make a creamy mixture. Add bicarbonate of soda to make a creamy bubbly mixture.

Step 3Pour the creamy oily mixture to your flour. Mix thourougly and add water as desired to make a soft dough. Roll your dough flat and cut with a small cookie cutter to make your shapes. Place in a greased baking tray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool them on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
