2 ccake flour
2 Tbsppeanut butter with no added sugar & salt
1 tspbicarbonate of soda
1/2 cvegetable oil
2 Tbspwater, as needed
How to Make Crunchy Honey and Peanut Biscuits
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Sift your flour into a large deep dish.
- Bring to boil the vegetable oil, in a separate small pot on the stove for a few seconds. Remove from the stove. Scoop in peanut butter and honey in the heated oil and make a creamy mixture. Add bicarbonate of soda to make a creamy bubbly mixture.
- Pour the creamy oily mixture to your flour. Mix thourougly and add water as desired to make a soft dough. Roll your dough flat and cut with a small cookie cutter to make your shapes. Place in a greased baking tray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool them on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
