Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 ( 12ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make crunchy bar cookies

Step 1

Melt together the butter and the peanut butter.

Step 2

Mix graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar with the butter and peanut butter.
Step 3

Spread into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Step 4

Melt the chocolate chips and spread over the top of mixture.
Step 5

Let set until chocolate is hard ( I have even placed the pan into the refrigerator,covered, until it sets. Cut into squares.
