How to Make Crispy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pretzel Cookies
- In a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate and peanut butter. If using a microwave, start by melting for 1 minute, then 30 second inrcriments, careful not to burn chocolate.
- Mix in pretzels and cereal until everything is well coated.
- Line some cookie sheets or pans with wax paper. Drop spoonfuls of mixture and place in fridge until hardened. Once hardened you can transfer into bags or containers. Best if stored in fridge.
