Ingredients

1 cbutter, softened

1 csugar

1 clight brown (packed) sugar

1egg

2/3 cvegetable oil

1 tspvanilla

3 1/2 call-purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 cregular oats (old fashioned)

1 ccorn flakes (crushed)

1/2 cflaked coconut
-
1/2 cnuts (pecan) chopped
How to Make Crispy Oat Cookies
- Preheat Oven 325.Cream butter and sugar and beat well(mixer). Add egg and beat. Add oil and vanilla and mix well; combine flour and soda, and add to cream mixture. Stir in oats, (crushed)corn flakes, coconut, and chopped nuts. Roll in one inch balls, Place on an ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with fork. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. (Light golden color). Once cool place in a zip lock bag to keep freash. Makes 17 dozen.
