Another recipe I got from my Mom! She was an excellent cook and loved to bake. She collected recipes from everywhere. Friends, family, recipe books, magazines! I guess that's where I got my obsession from!

1 cpowdered sugar

2 Tbspcorn syrup, light

1/4 ccreme de menthe liquor

3/4 cchopped pecans or walnuts

confectioners' sugar to coat
How To Make creme de menthe cookies

1Combine first 5 ingredients. Roll into small balls and then roll in confectioners sugar. Store in airtight containers.
