Another recipe I got from my Mom! She was an excellent cook and loved to bake. She collected recipes from everywhere. Friends, family, recipe books, magazines! I guess that's where I got my obsession from!

Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup, light
- 1/4 cup creme de menthe liquor
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- - confectioners' sugar to coat
How To Make creme de menthe cookies

Step 1Combine first 5 ingredients. Roll into small balls and then roll in confectioners sugar. Store in airtight containers.
