Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened or margarine
1 - egg beaten
TOPPING
8 ounces cream cheese (soft)
2 - beaten eggs
1/3 - lb. confectioners sugar
VARIATIONS
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped pecans/nuts
1/4 cup shredded coconut

How To Make cream cheese goodies

Step 1

In a mixing bowl place the cake mix and cut in the beaten egg and soft butter/margarine and pat out in the bottom of a 9 1/2 x 13 inch cake pan that has been greased.

Step 2

Sprinkle chocolate chips, pecans, coconut over cake mixture.
Step 3

Mix topping in a blender or food processor and pour on top of cake.
Step 4

Bake at 325* for 35 to 45 minutes. Done when topping bubbles. Cut in squares and serve when cool
