When I make these cookies for our College Class at church, there's never any leftovers! They really love the orange cookies which amazes me.

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, softened
1 package 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 - egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 package regular size, yellow or devils food cake mix

How To Make cream cheese cookies- so easy

Step 1

Cream cheese and butter. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add cake mix (dry), 1/3 at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Step 2

Cover. Chill 30 minutes or more. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Drop by scant teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
Step 3

Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown. cool slightly before removing from baking sheet. Note: I've used yellow, orange & chocolate mixes & am still trying out different ones & they all are delicious.
