We have pot-lucks at work quite often. We share recipes of the items we like. This is where this yummy dessert came from. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

2 packages chocolate chip cookie dough, refrigerated
2 packages 8 oz each cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 - eggs

How To Make cream cheese cookie bars

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

Press 1 roll cookie dough in bottom of 13 x 9 glass baking dish.
Step 3

With electric mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs til thoroughly blended.
Step 4

Pour over cookie dough.
Step 5

Place second roll of dough on top of cream cheese.
Step 6

Bake 1 hour or until lightly browned.
Step 7

Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into bars and enjoy.
Step 8

NOTE: I roll out second roll of dough on wax paper to the correct size. Then I just flip it on the cream cheese layer and peel off wax paper.
