crazy rainbow swirl cookies
I love baking and I love my grandchildren! I was trying to think of an idea for my reading day to my grandaughter's kindergarden class. All of a sudden I had this crazy idea, Rainbow cookies. I was reading the book The Rainbow Fish. I wanted this to be special and I wanted to try the cookies made with cake mix too. I looked online and found a way to make rainbow cookies by layering or making balls and putting it together. Well, I ended up just doing my own thing and came out with crazy rainbow swirl cookies!
