A friend from Ohio gave me this recipe--and it was fantastic! It's a combo oatmeal, chocolate chip, coconut cookie--all my favorites!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crisco
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
How To Make crazy combo cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment on 4 baking sheets and set aside.

Step 2In small bowl, blend flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt with a whisk. Set aside.

Step 3In a large bowl, beat Crisco on both sugars with a mixer on mediums speed about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.

Step 4Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Beat in vanilla.

Step 5On low speed, gradually add flour mixture and beat until well combined; stir in oats, Rice Krispies, coconut and chocolate chips.

Step 6Form balls with 2T of dough and place 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to cooling racks to cool completely. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
