We love shortbread, and these are a favorite Christmas cookie at our house. They are so easy! They taste wonderful with tea or coffee, and because of the red cranberries, look very festive on a plate or mixed with other cookies in a tin for gift-giving.

  • 2 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c
    dried cranberries

How to Make Cranberry White Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream together butter and granulated sugar. Gradually add flour, continuing to mix until dough forms.
  3. Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  4. Shape dough into small balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten balls slightly.
  5. Bake for 13-16 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.
