We love shortbread, and these are a favorite Christmas cookie at our house. They are so easy! They taste wonderful with tea or coffee, and because of the red cranberries, look very festive on a plate or mixed with other cookies in a tin for gift-giving.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries

How To Make cranberry white chocolate shortbread cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Cream together butter and granulated sugar. Gradually add flour, continuing to mix until dough forms.
  • Step 3
    Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  • Step 4
    Shape dough into small balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten balls slightly.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 13-16 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.
