Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed, light brown sugar
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 - 6 oz pkg white chocolate chips
- 6 ounces pkg dried cranberries
How To Make cranberry-white chocolate cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Place parchment paper down on baking sheets. In small bowl, mix together flours and baking soda.

Step 2In lg bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and pudding mix until smooth. Beat in 1 egg, then vanilla, then the other egg.

Step 3Mix in the flour mix until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Bake for about 12 mins, or until edges become golden brown.
