cranberry-strawberry cookies
This cookie has a little bit of everything in it that I like-- hope you will like them too..There's white chocolate, strawberry craisins and dried cranberries, brown sugar, bacon bits, and butter, and a whole lot of yum!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttery crisco
- 1/2 cup salted butter,room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried strawberry flavored craisins
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits; if desired add coconut instead or a little of each
How To Make cranberry-strawberry cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 350^. Using a mixer, beat together the Crisco, butter and sugars, until light and fluffy for about 6 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Step 2In a medium bowl combine the flour, and baking soda; whisk to mix. Slowly add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Stir in vanilla, white chips, both kinds of craisins and bacon bits.

Step 3Using a Tablespoon , scoop dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes of until the edges are slightly brown. Remove from oven and let set on cookie sheet for 30 seconds before removing. Cool on paper bags or wire rack. Can be stored in freezer when cold in freezer containers.
