Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 9 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
How To Make cranberry-orange cookies w/ white chocolate chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.

Step 3In a large bowl, cream together the butter, eggs, vanilla and orange zest.

Step 4Add the flour mixture and both sugars. Mix well.

Step 5Stir in the cranberries, chocolate chips and walnuts, until well incorporated.

Step 6Spoon well rounded tablespoons of the dough onto an un-greased baking sheet.

Step 7Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brow.

Step 8Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes.

Step 9Remove to a wire rack and allow to cook completely.
