Cranberry Macaroons

14 oz. pkgsweetened coconut

14 oz. can(s)sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp.vanilla extract
-
1/2 tsp.almond extract
-
1/2 cminiature white chocolate chips
-
1/2 cchopped nuts (i.e. macadamia or slivered almonds)

1/2 cdried cranberries
How to Make Cranberry Macaroons
- It is important to line baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix coconut with condensed milk. Stir in extracts, dried cranberries, miniature chips, and nuts. Stir until well combined. Drop by rounded tablespoon-fulls on to lined baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool completely before storing in air-tight container.
