These are very Special Cookies. I will definitely include them on my Holiday Baking List. The three additions...Cranberries, Yogurt Chips, and Macadamia Nuts make them a Triple Threat. They are very pretty and have a firm but not hard texture. One cookie is very satisfying, as they are a rich and sweet thing. I hope you will include these on your Special List too!

Ingredients

1 1/2 stick
butter, unsalted
1 1/3 c
sugar
1 large
egg
3/4 tsp
kosher salt
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
vanilla
2 1/4 c
all purpose flour
2/3 c
dried cranberries
2/3 c
yogurt chips or white chocolate chips
3/4 c
macadamia nuts, about 5 oz., roughly chopped

How to Make Cranberry Macadamia Chip Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large mixing bowl beat the butter with the sugar. Add the egg and mix well.
  • 2Add the salt, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Stir to mix well.
  • 3Add the flour, cranberries, chips and nuts. Mix well.
  • 4Form 1.75 inch balls of dough and bake at 375 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 11 minutes.
  • 5Remove from oven and cool 2 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
  • 6Store airtight. Makes 30 cookies.
