2 stickbutter, softened
2 1/2 cflour, sifted
1/2 cpecans, finely chopped
3/4 cdried cranberries, chopped
How to Make Cranberry Cookies
- Cream butter and sugar together until light and creamy. Gradually add milk, vaniila, flour and salt. Lightly beat. Add cranberries and pecans.
- Form cookie dough into 2 logs. Brush each log with water and roll each in coconut, pressing lightly so it will stick.
- Chill dough for 2 hours. Slice into thin slices with a serrated knife. Bake at 375 degrees for twelve minutes or until edges are golden. Remove to a wire rack tto cool.
